Human Body Energy Clock: Discover The Best Time To Do Everything According The Ancients

Our diet and hormones play a great role in establishing Circadian rhythms, but our energy meridians and organs are connected to how we feel during the day and that’s why our energy and mood fluctuate periodically. It is our human body energy clock.

Between 3 and 5 am – you end your final sleep cycle, thus your lungs are fully in play. With seep breathing you will bring oxygen back into your blood and settle your nerves.

Between 5 and 7 am – now the large intestine is the busiest and is the optimal time of elimination as you start your day with a fully cleansed body.

Between 7 and 9 am – your stomach is front and center and breakfast has to be your largest meal because it is the optimal time to digest. Consume a high-fiber breakfast.

Between 9 and 11 am – pancreas and spleen are hardest to work because they help the body metabolize the food you have consumed and create energy for the day. Now is the time to exercise and get your work done.

Between 11 am and 1 pm – now the star of the show is your heart and it is working hard in order to pump oxygen and nutrients through the body, providing it with nourishment and energy. This is the best time for you to take a cup of tea or take a nap.


Between 1 and 3 pm – the small intestine now works for finishing your breakfast. Now is the time for lunch.

Between 3 and 5 pm – the bladder is now preparing for a major release of metabolic waste, for that reason you should drink a big glass of water and engage in some mentally challenging activities.

Between 5 and 7 pm – your kidneys go on with the hard work in order to clean the waste in the body, so you will have to continue drinking water. You can do some light exercises now, like stretching and take a small dinner.

Between 7 and 9 pm – now the blood pressure is at its highest level and is a sign that you need to stretch, kick back, and relax. This is the ideal time for sex.

Between 9 and 11 pm – this is the easiest time to fall asleep as your endocrine is working to create equilibrium and replace enzymes which have been used during the day.
